Room 5,

A/C is located on the 2^nd floor of our Annex Building (directly behind our Main Building at 9 Roberts Avenue).  The room has 2 single beds, a dresser, small desk, chair, closet and sink. There is one shared bathroom on this floor and 2 shared bathrooms on the first floor.  Our rooms share a courtesy kitchen in a breezeway located between the Main and Annex Buildings adjacent to a covered patio with tables and chairs where we provide complimentary breakfast snacks.  This price does not include maid service.

Total cost per WEEK for 1 or 2 people: $710.00 

Room 6,

A/C, 2^nd floor Annex Building. This is a small 8’X10’ room with 1 single bed, dresser, sink in room.  1 shared bathroom down the hall, with a shower, 2 shared bathrooms on first floor.  Included in price are complimentary breakfast snacks in our courtesy kitchen located next to the garden patio in the breezeway between our Main and Annex Buildings.  Most people use their room to rest and store their belongings.  So much happens all day, every day that people are out and about – not spending time in their room.

Daily Maid Service is not included in this price.

Total cost per WEEK for 1 person: $450.00

Room 7,

A/C, 2^nd floor Annex Building.  1 double bed, dresser, desk with chair, sink in room.  1 shared bathroom down the hall, with a shower, 2 shared bathrooms on first floor.  Included in price are complimentary breakfast snacks in our courtesy kitchen located next to the garden patio in the breezeway between our Main and Annex Buildings.

Maid service is not included in this price.

Total cost for 1 WEEK for 1 or 2 people: $630.00

Room 8,   

2^nd floor Annex Building (located directly behind our Main Building, 9 Roberts Ave)  Window air conditioner, 1 king bed [can be made into 2 single beds], 1 dresser, desk with chair, sink in room.  1 shared bathroom down the hall, with a shower, 2 shared bathrooms on first floor.  Included in price are complimentary breakfast snacks in our courtesy kitchen located next to the garden patio in the breezeway between our Main and Annex Buildings.

Maid service is not included in this price.
