One room efficiency, 1st floor, back side of 9 Roberts Building. King bed [can be made into 2 single beds], drop leaf dining table and 2 chairs.  A/C. Kitchen with sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Private Bath with stall shower. Kitchen and bed linens are provided + 2 bath towels and a face cloth per person. 

No daily maid service is included in this price.

Adjacent to shared covered garden patio with tables and chairs. 

Total Cost for 1 week for 1 or 2 people $1100.00

*The local mattress company has made us ‘King Caps’ which are 2” foam mattress tops with heavy woven mattress ‘sides’ that can incapsulate 2 single beds, making them into a comfortable king bed.
