The Tulip Apartment:

Located on the first floor of our 9 Roberts Building [building entrance is 6 steps up from street level]

The front room is the  kitchen/living/dining room with a couch [queen size hide a bed] and two cushioned chairs, dining table with 4 chairs, breakfast bar with 3 stools, Galley Kitchen with sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, pots/pan and kitchen utensils. In addition, 2 kitchen towels, dish cloth, dish soap.

The bathroom with tub and shower is off the small middle room with a bunk bed. The back room has a king bed. Each person is provided with 2 bath towels and a face cloth

There is A/C in all 3 rooms. WIFI throughout. Adjacent to a shared front porch. Just outside the shared front porch door is a shared patio facing Roberts Avenue.  Additional shared covered patio behind this building.

This rate does not include daily maid service.

Rate for 1 or 2 people $1500.00 per week, including taxes.

Additional people $100. Per week, per person
